One crazy day (or days) on Twitter there was a rash of girls and women posting Hallowe'en costumes of the fabulous PENELOPE GARCIA, to the actress who plays her on CRIMINAL MINDS, KIRSTEN VANGSNESS.

And so, it got myself (@shauna_h_m) and @CriminalMusings deciding that starting a website dedicated to a) Girls dressing like Garcia and b) Garcia's female fans would be a good idea. So here we are today!
